Efficient, versatile and easy to use, Spontex Extra Flat Mop can be used dry or wet on all types of hard floors. The mop features a large 45cm wide rotating head making it quick and easy to clean rooms and get into all those awkward places, even under low furniture.
The bundle comes with two different microfibre heads that are made of thousands of tiny fibres so the number of contact points with the surface is greater than a standard mop making them ultra efficient. They both remove 99% of bacteria* with just water, no need for cleaning detergents. The large white fluffy mop head is perfect for dry use to efficiently pick up dirt, dust and hair all around the house. The alternative blue striped mop head has non scratch scrubbing bands to tackle stubborn dirt and is ideal for wet spot cleaning and mopping up spills. Its telescopic handle can be extended from 80 to 140cm to suit all users and can be packed down again for very compact storage.
For best results use dry or wet, with just water or floor cleaner on all types of floor including tiles, laminate and wood. When using the blue striped mop head, dampen it slightly before use or use a spray bottle directly on the dirty surface before mopping.
To keep it efficient for longer, hand wash the mop heads after use without softener or bleach and do not tumble dry. It’s always handy to have a spare refill so there’s always one on the go and one in the wash!
To replace the refill, simply press the button on the base of the mop with either your foot or hand. Once unlocked the base will fold and the mop head will simply slip off. To put on a new mop head, make sure the base is still unlocked, slot it into the pockets on each side of the mop head and then click it back in place.
